Knight’s Cross, 45x22 mm. GOLD, approx. 5.5 g., white enameled arms, flanked by fleurs de lys, hinged crown enriched by fleurs de lys at the base and on top of the rosette-like suspension loop, with original suspension ring and large ribbon. A finely-made piece of slightly reduced size, as worn in the early 19th Century, excellent condition. I RR!

Knight’s Cross, 110x40 mm., GOLD, approx. 42 g., with white enameled arms, flanked by Fleurs-de-Lys, large, typical, broad crown affixed to the upper arm by means of tiny rivets, rosette-shaped upper loop to which is mounted the accurately cast, embossed/chiseled trophy of the finest workmanship, one of the standards, engraved with the Order’s cross and the armour’s breast with polished details, giving a beautiful effect; its reverse, fitted with large ribbon ring; with original, black silk bow-ribbon. A rare cross of the finest, Italian manufacture from the early 19th Century, excellent condition. I R!

Miniature of the Knight’s Badge 15x9 mm., GOLD, approx. 1.9 g., as a white enameled octogonal cross fl anked by fl eurs de lys crown of Royal type with strong, round ring, the suspension device, as a bow of chiseled gold fi tted with a hook to the reverse and a loop still retaining the original, black silk ribbon. A beautiful, very rare piece from the end of 18th – early 19th Century, excellent condition.I- R!

Complete, Jeweled group to a Dame of this semi-autonomous branch of the Malta Order, active in th USA, awarded and belonged to the famous actress Shirley Temple: Cross of the Order 78x49 mm., in gilt Silver and white enamel on both sides, upper crown of Royal type, set with brilliants, rubies and emeralds to the obverse face, grooved ribbon ring with beaded borders and original, red silk neck ribbon, in the original, deep-sea-blue morocco case of issue with fitted inner compartment, the lid with gold embossed "Knights of Malta" and "Shirley Temple Black" in Gothic script, together with an enameled miniature, 25x14 mm, in GOLD, with ribbon, two enameled lapel miniatures with long pin and a further miniature in silver, set with tiny diamonds, also fitted with long pin, TOGETHER, the robe as a red mantle with white order's cross, white silk collar and front borders, guarantee certificate of provenance and authenticity of the hereby offered pieces, being from the property of the actress. A beautiful, precious set, belonged to a famous American actress, perfect condition and quality. I RR!
