ORDER OF SAINT ANNA
Breast Star to the First Class with Swords, 90 mm., Silver, polished rays, each bordered with a thin, “roped” pattern, gilt Silver, finely pebbled centre medallion bearing red enameled cros, red enameled outer circlet bearing the Order’s motto “AMAN . JUST. PIET . FID” and above, finely detailed angels-tenant with the Imperial crown, the whole within moulded border, through which are set the crossed swords in gold, with polished blades and finely detailed hilts, smooth, gilt reverse with slightly convex, counter medallion, this, struck with the maker’s mark of Keibel and Russian silver marks, vertical pin, also struck to its reverse, with the maker’s mark of Keibel and further, Russian silver marks. An extremely rare star in the best Russian quality from the second half of 19th Century, excellent condition. I RR!

ORDER OF SAINT STANISLAS
Officer's Cross, 3rd Class, instituted in 1832. Breast Badge, 44x42 mm, GOLD, four-armed cross made of pink gold, with Black enamel on both sides, flanked by yellow gold eagles with spreaded wings, white enameled centre medallion with black, miniature-painted order`s monogram, within golden outer circlet, enriched with green enameled laurel wreath, reverse, with white enameled centre medallion, similar to the obverse`s one, ornamented upper loop, its ring, struck with Russian gold maker's mark of "Ivan Osipov", gold-wire, doubled ribbon ring and original, silk neck ribbon. A very rare and superb decoration, of the 19th Century in mint condition. I RR!

Cross for the Campaign of the Steppes, 1918
A Group of Silver Cross and French War Medal, belonged to Ivan Andreyevich Kapustin, Officer of the Imperial Russian Army in the Engineers Corps. Cross, 37x33 mm., patinated Silver, convex and polished to the obverse, the reverse with raised inscription “ЗА / СТЕПНОЙ ПОХОДЪ / 1918 г. / 12/II — 5/V” and above the impressed award number “N. 302”; with loop and original suspension ring. French War Medal, 37x33 mm., Bronze, with the rare bar “ENGAGe VOLONTAIRE” mounted to the original ribbon.Together a group of most interesting documents, papers, photos etc. regarding this officer, one of the few survivors of the combatants on the “White” side in the steppes’ campaign, who could flee Russia and emigrate to Belgium. A group of the greatest historical interest, especially for being accompanied by a documentations adding the history of this already extremely rare decoration; excellent condition. Note: The cross was awarded in 1919 to all participants of the Steppe campaign under the command of General Popov. It is believed that around 1.200 men received the decoration, although the State Archives of the Russian Federation has an original list of recipients with 639 names. I RR!

A Red Cross Jetton by Carl Faberge
Breast Badge, 27x13 mm, GOLD, of oval form, bearing an ornated, cyrillic monogram “MP” (or “ML”) and below red enameled Geneva Cross flanked by the year’s numeral “1916”, the whole surmounted by the Tsar’s crown, upper loop struck with “AK” and cyrillic mark “F” for the workshop of Carl Faberge and small, round, suspension ring, smooth, polished reverse. A beautifully-made badge from the last period of the Russian Empire, thus extremely rare, excellent condition. I RR!

Breast Badge, 40x25 mm, GOLD, the obverse with miniature enameled shield under the Russian Imperial crown, within scroll bearing the raised inscription “ПОТИ ТИФЛИССКАЯ ЖЕЛЗ. ДОРОГА” (“Poti-Tiflis Railway”), upper, openwork ornament in stylized Georgian folk style with suspension ring, below a similar ornament, pointing down; the reverse with miniature enameled coat of arms under the Russian Imperial eagle with enameled details, within scroll bearing the black enameled inscription “1867 ПРИТЧАРДЪ БЕЛИ 1874” (a dedicatory inscription to a certain Pritchard), struck with maker’s mark “LH” A Very rare commemorative jetton, for one of the most important railways created in the development of communications in the Russian empire, excellent condition. Red enameled, 24 mm, GOLD medallion  with the year “1811” and superimposed with the ornate, crowned monogram “A” , enclosed within a golden border with suspension loop struck with Gold mark and double suspension ring, Silver reverse, with green enameled, cyrillic inscription “для общей пользы ” (for the common good), a further, cyrillic monogramme and the engraved data of the school’s course “LVII КУРС 1901 ” (57th course 1901) and the name of the person awarded with this jetton in cyrillic, “A. D. POLUBOYARINOV”. A rare merit badge awarded from one of the most prestigious Imperial institutes, excellent condition. I R!

Breast Badge, 41x31 mm., GOLD, white enameled oval medallion with finely painted, crowned coat of arms within golden wreath tied by a blue riband, polished, slightly convex outer circlet, bearing the engraved and blue enamel-filled inscription “ОТ СУДА И РПОКУРОРСКАГО НАДЗОРА” (from the Supervisor of the Court and the Attorney’s Office), the whole, sided by ornamental “knots”, the upper of which, fitted with round loop and oval suspension ring, the reverse, with pale-blue enameled medallion with an attractive, beaming effect under the translucent enamel, bearing separately-made, cyrillic monogram “ШН” and the ornamented dates “1901” and “1907”. A beautiful, very rare badge, most probably honouring the period of service of a Judge or an attorney, at the courts of an imperial Russian Oblast’, excellent condition. I RR!
