Two cased, miniature photo-portraits from Royal property
Oval, hand-painted photo-porcelains, 70 x 58 mm., the first portraying the young, Bulgarian Crown Prince Boris, about the age of 15, in dress uniform with orders, the second, an infant Princess, both in a gold frame embossed as a laurel wreath and in the original, wine-red velvet case with fitted inner compartment. A beautiful group, belonged to a member of the Bulgarian Royal Family, probably Tsar Ferdinand or his wife, excellent condition. I R!

Honour Cypher of Prince Alexander of Battenberg
Breast Badge, 27 x 18,5 mm., GOLD, with chiseled, cyrillic crowned �A�, resting on oval, medallion, concave towards the centre, the border, as a �garter� with a buckle below, with black enameled motto �? ???? ????�, the reverse, fitted with oblique, round pin. A scarce, beautiful honour badge of the Royal Cypher, as awarded by the first Prince of Bulgaria, excellent condition. Alexander Joseph (in Bulgarian: ?????????? I ?????????, 5 April 1857 � 23 October 1893), known as Alexander of Battenberg, the first Prince (Knyaz) of the Principality of Bulgaria from 1879 until his abdication in 1886, after the political turmoils following the suspension of the democratic constitution, declared by the Prince after Russia�s suggestion. After abdication, the Prince moved to Austria, where he entered in service of the Imperial Army. I RR!
