Breast Star, 78 mm, Silver, maker's mark "Tanfani & Bertarelli", diamond cut rays, superimposed parts gilt, enameled, thin pin on reverse, in original case of issue by "Tanfani & Bertarelli - Roma" with gilt weapon on the lid.
