A 1st Class Set: Sash Badge in Gold, as a cross with the arms with bulbous, red translucent enamel, flanked by the typical ornamentation with chiseled details; obverse centre medallion with finest enamel miniature depicting the Saint, standing on a field with trees in the background; reverse centre medallion, with finely painted, growned monogram on white ground; round loop (struck with marks) with side-beads and suspension ring, with its original sash ribbon; breast star in silver, with polished rays, pebbled gold centre medallion with red enameled cross, within golden, beaded border; red enameled outer circlet with separately-made motto in silver “AMAN PIET JUSTET TID” silver Imperial crown sided by two angel-tenants; chiseled golden border; smooth reverse with maker’s escutcheon of Kretly, Paris.
