Breast Star, 81 mm, gilt Silver, hallmarked "900", maker's mark "MECO", central medallion enameled, reverse with thin vertical pin, in original case of issue by "MECO, Medallas Colombianas Ltda.". A superb and very rare set, in mint condition awarded to heads of State! I RR!
