Breast Badge, 43 mm, gilt Silver, reverse inscription with dates "1946-1991", both sides enameled, obverse central medallion gilt, original suspension ring and triangular ribbon with miniature, in original case of issue, together with lapel bar, with gilt weapon on the lid, awarded to an Italian official.
