Grand Cross Set of the 2nd Type, 81x59 mm, gilt Silver, white enameled badge, centre medallion with the frosted-finishes, gilt phoenix rising from the flames, reverse medallion with royal monogram of King George II from 1936), upper loop and royal crown suspension and circular ring; original full length sash with bow. Breast Star, 82 mm, with smooth, convex and concave rays, gilt phoenix, the top ray with a gilt, royal crown; the reverse with rivets, broad pin (hallmark "925") and two side hooks; in the original, orange case of issue with the Phoenix embossed in gold on the lid, maker`s mark of Zimmermann, Pforzheim and of P. Zenetos Freres, Athens, printed on the inner cushion. An very rare group of finest manufacture; very fine condition. I RR!
