Large and spectacular Talisman of the Hebrew community - Hollow spherical metal and oriental low silver, structure extended by a fixing foot (the ceremonial object intended to be presented and moved), ornamental decoration formed of 16 circled cups with a hexagram motif of the Sail of Solomon symbolizing wisdom, life, and protection, also a magical dimension inspired by Kabbalah.. Openwork central medallion decorated with five pearls, numerous symbolic engravings throughout. Neutral back. Attachment chain.�In the style of ancient pentacles on which the symbol of the invoked spirit is drawn. Probably made in North Africa (Sephardic community?), late 19th century.
